2 tbsp salted butter
2 tbsp almond flour We recommend this!
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder We recommend this!
1 1/2 tbsp erythritol We recommend this!
2 tsp coconut flour We recommend this!
1/4 tsp vanilla extract We recommend this!
1/2 tsp baking powder
I N S T R U C T I O N S
Melt the butter in the microwave for 25 seconds.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
If you are making 2 servings, split the batter into 2 ramekins. *We made ours entirely in a coffee mug. Less cleanup.
Microwave for 60-75 seconds.
Whip heavy cream and spoon on top. (Optional)
