Missing dough? This cheesy, almond flour, deliciousness known as Fathead Dough can be used to make nearly any recipe with bread a keto friendly one! While it's nothing new in the realm of keto, this is hands down our go-to pizza crust recipe and we might make it more often than we'd like to admit. Check out this keto staple below!
I N G R E D I E N T S
1 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 oz Cream Cheese
3/4 cup Almond Flour We recommend this!
1 tsp oregano
I N S T R U C T I O N S
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, oregano, and almond flour then microwave for 1 minute.
Stir. Once a dough has formed, place it on a *parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Cover the dough with another piece of parchment paper and press/roll into desired shape. *Use parchment paper or a silicone mat. Do not try aluminum foil. Just don't.
Bake the flattened dough for 11 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and top with your favorite pizza toppings.
Bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
