1 large egg 1 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup erythritol We recommend this!

I N S T R U C T I O N S

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

In a medium size bowl, combine all the ingredients

Roll the dough into 1 inch balls

Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat

Press down on each ball with a fork twice in opposite directions creating a criss-cross pattern

Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown
